Unable to close my account

I have been trying to close my credit card for over a month and I can not get any assistance over the phone or at the branch. After settling my account and requesting for closure over the phone and going to the branch personally twice I have had no luck in closing my account, only further debit orders that have been taken off after the request of closure and the settlement was completed. I have spent hours on the phone speaking to different people as well as time at the branch and still FNB can not close my credit card account. it is unacceptable that a amount can be taken off my account days after closure was requested and settlement was paid. and now after going to the the Branch for the second time I have been told I need to submit proof of closure again. I don't see how this becomes my problem if FNB's systems do not communicate correctly, this should be on FNB's system, I have had promises made to me that it will be closed and yet I still await a outcome a month later. I need some body to take ownership and have this resolved as this is poor service, I feel FNB should spend more time delivering a promised service than advertising something they can not deliver.
