Consolidation nightmare

I consolidated my debt on 19th of April.
I was told by the Sanlam department for 2 weeks the payment does not reflect
The debit order ran end of April, i reversed the debit order through my bank, Sanlam refunded me the debit order as well and then called me for my money back (which i paid over) and sent proof.
I have checked my account and they HAVE ONCE AGAIN refunded me! I am so tired of this back and forth and really feel like keeping this money they have given back to me AGAIN. It costs me money and time to pay over, provide proof call and follow up.

I am yet to receive my closure letter of this account but they are very quick to call me to get their money back!
I am so tired of this back and forth issues and really will not recommend them again. This is TRUELY unacceptable!
