I've called Ford Motor Credit a few times to adjust my billing information.
They keep you on hold ridiculously long. To get to the first operator takes about a minute, then you easily get passed between 3 operators and wait about 20-25 minutes between each operator, causing me to hang up and redial just to get through to someone. In fact I have been writing this report while on hold.

This is ridiculous! Surely they are financially strong enough to employ enough employees to man the phones, and there are enough people out there looking for work. The call center people are quite polite and sound reasonably competent, so this must be a problem with management/higher up.
