Hi

I just want to express dissatisfaction with the NO Service i am getting from MTN, I am currently holding a cellphone contract with them which is due for an upgrade. I've been trying to contact their cal centre on 808 to discuss my upgrade as i do not have to time to go to the shop but they never pick up the only people that so pick up calls is the prepaid department on 173 who just tell me they cannot assist because i'm a contract customer and they just transfer me to where i just hold and hold and hold until the call eventually fails after 20 odd minutes, i tried from different phones MTN and non MTN ones no difference.

Now i just want to cancel the stupid contract, i am disgusted with their service that i actually pay for.

I used to work for call centres and i know what people do to avoid taking calls, i'm just shocked that MTN hasn't done anything about this. Surely i'm not the first person to complain about this or is it just that MTN doesn't care.

This is really diabolic.
