SETTLEMENT OF GARNISHEE

I have called your call centre on the 06 May 2013 requesting a settlement figure on the garnishee i have and still to date I have not had a response. I was told that it would take 72 hours but 5 working days have passed and still no response.

I have been trying to call your call centre and everytime I am being put through to a different department and then the call gets cut. Is there anyone that can please help me urgently?
