Forcing us to use amateurs for repairs

My car was damaged by hail last year and Outsurance sent me to East Rand Motor Lab to get it fixed. What a joke!
1. The first time I got my car back from them the newly painted roof had a deep scratch on it, the roof lining was soiled and hooked in a couple of places, the demister on the rear window didn't work and my sun visor came off in my hand when I tried to use it.
2. Took the car back and when I got my car back the second time they had scratched the left front door of the car, and had somehow messed up the other visor so that it wouldn't open and the demister still didn't work.
3. Got the car back now for the third time and once again the demister isn't working and they have now scratched the rear bumper of my car which they tried to hide with touch up paint.
I am so disgusted, both with East Rand Motor Lab and with Outsurance. East Rand Motor Lab because of the shoddy workmanship, and Outsurance for forcing people to use sub standard panel beaters. Do you not vet your panel beaters properly? And what am I supposed to do now? I do not want those amateurs to touch my car again but I am still without a demister and now a newly scratched car.
