Car takes 7 weeks to repair and im not happy

So i had an accident and my car was sent to East Rand Motor Lab. big mistake. however, i am not happy with the work done nor am i happy with the parts they have replaced on my vehicle. numerous calls to Miyone go unanswered and messages to call me back are never done. i was not even called tofind out if i am happy with the service i received from east rand motor lab or outsurance. i will definately be moving my insurance somewhere else as you have a "dont care attitude" as long as you get the money!!!
