Diners club unilaterally blocked a supplementary card of my famiky member who is overseas. On enquiry I was told that it was not FICA compliant. There was no prior notice of this although Diners alleges they send out sms and emails since Oct 2012. Isent two emails requesting unblocking none of which have been acknowlexged or replied to. A senior consultant I spoke to was not prepared to help besides quoting policy etc. His attitude was disappointing. I challenge Diners to provide proof of FICA notices as they claim they sent to the card holder. Their customer service is shocking especially as I am a client of 20 years. Kindly investigate. I have been given no help on two previos occasions.
