DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO EASTRAND MOTOR LAB

I was one of the unfortunate few that was caught in the hail storm last year damaging both my cars. Seeing that I am insured with outsurance they tell you where to take your car for repairs. Sadly Eastrand Motor Lab was the choice for my Hyundai Getz. I cannot believe the service that I received from them! I was called on 3 different occasions to be told that my car was ready to be collected. I arrive there and guess what... IT WASNT.
Eventually on the 4th phone call to collect I arrive inspect the car to find that on the inside of the door was not painted correctly. Had to wait for them to fix that. I then take my vehicle. OH MY WORD! The amount of things that is now wrong with it is SHOCKING!! When I booked the vehicle in there was NOTHING wrong with it apart from the hail damage. The rubber along the doors dont even fit back properly, my seat belt covers have come off. The panels running along the doors dont fit correctly anymore. I am furious as I have only had this car for two years (bought brand new in 2011) Im too scared to take the car back, heaven above knows what else will be wrong if they work on it again. I suggest that Outsurance find another panel beater to use.
