My very bad service that i got from king price

I just wanted to tell everyone about the service i got from king price insurance. First i register a claim and no body worries about my claim for a month and then they find out that i work in the insurance industry and decide to appoint an assessor (yes 1 month later) the assessor takes over a month with no feedback to me and the almost 3 months later the claim is auth. i am called and was told the amount and sent a disclaimer to sign and sent back to them. i call shaldon the claims advisor a week later to ask about the payment and he tells me it will be in my account at the end of the week so the next week i phone to follow up on the payment again and now i am told the amount they gave me was wrong and they never tried to call me to tell me and now i must accept the lower amount. This is the ROYAL SERVICE that they promise!!! I plan to start a website and a blog to make sure that everyone knows about the great (royal) service which-they provide. I also intend to write to the FSB and both the ombudsman about this undesirable practises and the poor image that king price has placed on the industry and i will challenge the pay off line of royal service which they use in they ads
