Poor customer service by Miway

I am moving to a different insurance company in January 2014 due to personal reasons, and thus wanted to terminate my Miway insurance. Since premiums are paid one month in advance, I know that I can give notice of cancellation now and still be insured until end December 2014. I thus called Miway customer service twice to give notice of cancellation, and everytime the consultant I spoke to stated that someone will call be back to complete the process, but no one ever called me back. Then I sent an e-mail to give notice of cancellation, and still got no response. Lastly I called the Miway customer service desk a 3rd time and stated my problem to another consultant, who again said someone will call me back, but again nothing happened- At least the last consultant I spoke to stated that she will in the meantime cancel the debit order on her side. To make sure that no additional premiums are collected by Miway I had to go to the bank and manually stop the debit order- This was done because Miway does not at this stage seem willing to assist me with my request.
