11 Days later and no one has contacted me

I've been trying to get my vehicle insurance policy cancelled-effective 30/04. My first request was emailed to Miway on 11 April and no-one has contacted me to date. I subsequently sent the cancellation request via their website and requested a call back... still nothing. Come on Miway! Instead I get a renewal schedule on Saturday, 20/04.
