My vehicle goes in to get a radio replaced and locking system refitted and comes back with over-spray from the insurers panelbeaters, TC Panelbeater. Someone at A & G must surely be getting a kickback from TC Panelbeaters.
The vehicle claim was put in on 2nd January 2013 and 5 months later is still not properly sorted by the Insurer. All i got were excuses and bad attitude from the assessors to the consultants. And as a client to be treated like a criminal and be spoken to with a bad attitude. As client to be treated in such a terrible manner being shifted from pillar to post, the consultants from Auto & General does not give the client feedback, expects the client to liaise with the panelbeaters and after 5 months takes no liability for the vehicle's condition. This type of bad service and repairs is false advertising. My premiums are better used elsewhere with an insurer who treats me with respect and like i matter. I will never recommend Auto & General to any potential client and strongly advise individuals out there to make an informed decision, no matter how little you pay on premiums i would rather be a valued client and pay a higher price for quality service
