I have been instructed by my Advocate to attain back statements on my credit cards to prove ownership of items in a very messy divorce.

I have been in communication with [Email Removed] who sent me some info on 1 of my card which carried far less transactions. In my calls to suppliers I have become aware of dates and was able to request a specific range of dates on my Gold card.

I emailed these to Rachel on 24 April which was read on 25 April and have followed up again on 29 April and this email too was read but I have had no replies no responses and no statements.

My Advocate advised me that if the banks aren't willing to provide me with these statements, he can apply for a court order to ensure these are given, but that these costs will be for the bank's account. i have advised Rachel of this but it seems I will have to follow this process as I am getting no assistance.

Lack of client care is atrocious!
