Outsurance takes a month to handle claim

I was in a motor vehicle accident in Cape Town on 04/04/2013. I stay in Centurion. I phoned through my claim, and they sorted it out for me, organizing a tow truck to tow my vehicle to the Outsurance lot. This was done quickly and painlessly.

After that, it was just empty promises and hassle after hassle.

It is now a month later. My car is still, unmoved, in Cape Town.

a MONTH.

I can't ever seem to get hold of any manager. I phone in, and they keep telling me that they will get someone to phone me back. They never do phone back.

I will definitely be ending my insurance with them... as soon as i get my vehicle back. hopefully this will be before the end of 2013.

I am so frustrated.

Outsurance... where you always get (empty promises) out.
