Account Mess-Up Again

Standard Bank's service is beyond terrible. I ended up owing R800 on an account due to THEIR error and incompetence, but I went into the bank, paid the amount in full and CLOSED the account. And now, I get a call at 18:00 this evening, telling me that I owe R1500 on the account!!???! I HAVE PAID IN FULL AND I HAVE THE SLIPS TO PROVE IT. STANDARD BANK IS USELESS! I will be closing all my accounts with them shortly.
