Complete Rip Off and no response

Basically signed up with Auto Care for there option and services. A year later I ask them to come out to attend to some dents, scratches etc that they say they cover as part of the service. You send pics via phone and then they respond saying they dont fix what you sent. I then call to find out, well then what do you cover and what was I paying for. Lots and lots of excuses made, no interested at all in coming out to actually see and not interested in your problems and dont care that you paid and received no service and dont care you cancelling.
My total impression, is they got your money and now you wont get anything from them and a general 'we dont care attitude'
They have a website where they say all emails will be answered - well thats a as well - no answers to 3 mails over the last 1.5 months and now when you try, the facility has been removed - more than likely because of so many people writing to complain.
Typically they come across as yet another SA rip off the customer company - we dont care - we dont respond - we wont refund you and you can then try what you want to get anything from us as it wont work

Potential buyers/client - dont sign up - bad service, no value
