LOAN TRACER SA - LOAN

I recently applied for a personal loan with the company LOAN TRACER SA however, i did not accept the loan and went elsewhere. I was informed telephonically on the day that i was offered the loan by Loan Tracer SA that they charge admin fees UPFRONT and your loan still isn't even guaranteed after you have paid upfront which i thought was a so i rejected their offer. Today, Tuesday 30th April - 2 debit orders have gone through my account from Loan Tracer SA, for the total amount of R779. I did not authorize any debits nor did i sign any documents from Loan Tracer SA stating that i have accepted the loan and debit order. THIS CONSTITUTES as far as i am concerned!!!

I tried contacting Loan Tracer SA but when i dial their two contact numbers i immediately get cut-off.
