It all started in January, I'm on maternity leave now and have been making preporations for this phase in my life months in advance. I first contacted your call centre in january about making payment arrangements while I'm on maternity leave for 6 months. I faxed thru the relevant paper work numerous times as well as made calls to the call centre stating my case and making the payment arrangements. I've also gone into 2 of branches on 5 different occasion. I also get called everyday by your call centre where I tell them daily about the payment arrangement but daily I get told there is none. What I don't understand is that we are now in may and my payment arrangements are still not on the system in this week alone I've been into your branch 4 times been on the phone with the call centre 6 and my problem is still not resolved. I want some answers please as this is completely unacceptable. I'm extremely livid as to how I'm being treated.
