Poor Service Delivery - Claims

On Monday 29 May 2013 at approx. 8.15 am I logged an accident claim with Outsurance. Although this initial process seemed to go smoothly, I am still awaiting feedback regarding the outcome of my claim, and where i can take my vehicle for servicing.

I have followed up several times, and was promised the claim would be processed in 48 hours. This morning i called to query what was happening, as i had heard nothing, and was told they would get to it, and it would probably be done by the end of business on the 2 May 2013. Clearly the 48 hour process time is a myth! Between what was promised to me as a client, and the reality of the poor service i have received so far - i am none too pleased. To the degree that I am considering reverting to my previous insurer.
