UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTISE

I am an FNB customer and used to bank with Nedbank. Friday morning I went to withdraw money from an ATM and to my dismay I had a balance of R4.78. When going through my statement I found that Nedbank had debited my account without my consent and for no particular reason. Why they did this is beyond me. The inconvenience of not having money and with no taxi fare because some bank decided to mess up my life. I HATE THIS BANK TO THE CORE!
