No delivery of my phone battery! Annoyed!

I submitted my cellphone claim (samsung s3) to repair a cracked screen and sent through proof of payment on March 12. The phone was collected and returned after the repairs were done but my cellphone battery was not. I then sent numerous emails to the contact centre agent (Porch Sithole) asking that my battery be returned as no one had informed me to remove the battery when the phone was collected for repairs. Your agent assured me the battery would be returned but I'm still waiting today! In his last response to me on 11 April he assured me he'd escalated the matter to management and the battery would be delivered but still NOTHING!

Im really annoyed because I've now had to buy a useless generic battery because original s3 batteries are so difficult to find and costly!
