CANNOT BOOK MY PHONE FOR REPAIRS

I am a very upset customer of FNB.

I took out a cellphone with FNB October last year and now it does not work. I then contacted FNB on [Email Removed] asking how to go about trying to fix the phone, and my query was given this reference number QP1426339. I was asked (by Nicolaan Justin) to take the phone to any Cell C outlet and I did exactly that. To my surprise, Cell C refused to book the phone claiming that since I did not take any sim card with the phone, they are not allowed or obliged to fix the phone for me.

Now all I have is charges of an unused Blackberry Bold 9900. Which I think is unfair and very inconvenient to me.
