Ceiling not fixed

After my geyser burst I repeatedly spoke to several persons about the fixing of the ceiling. I must say the geyser was fixed a day after I called. This happened on the 26 June 2010. But however after a lot of phone-calls, e-mails and faxes I still sits with a hole in my ceiling. The lady I end up with every time is Tebogo. I last spoke to her (I think it was November 2012) and still waiting for her to phone back.
I must say the lady at the Nelspruit branch, Wanda de Beer, did get another company to come and do a quotation last year Desember just before I went on holiday but from there I did not hear anything.
Needless to say I am nog going to waste my time, money and energy on this anymore, maybe just to cancel my life insurance that I still have with Absa.
