A&G refund --- NO FEEDBACK!!!

A&G deducted money after I cancelled with them because I moved to a much cheaper insurance company and I am now struggling to get it back, couldn't stop the debit order. I called them, but nobody wanted to assist or get back with a date when it will be paid into my account, what can I do, I am so desperate, I need my money back!
