To whom it may concern

Words can't describe how impressed I am with my claim. We are with AF for 3 months only and lost Thursday I lost my tested Rayban sunglasses. I phoned AF and was put through to Sarie who took the details, almost no questions asked. She said they claim will be loaded and I would have payment within 2 - 3 days. Today is the 3rd day and I received the amount claimed. I just came from the Optometrist and my new glasses are in the making.

Thank you for making my experience hassle free as it was so dramatic realising I lost my glasses that if the insurance gave me trouble it would have been a really aweful experience.

You are simply great!
