No Voucher received

15/01/2013 bought a groupon and paid, emailed proof of payment and called in to confirm payment was received. I was informed i will receive it in 24 hrs but the person could not confirm the payment was received and i said i will call back today 16/01/2013. I called this morning, i was told i will receive the voucher today, i was getting worried because no-one could confirm the payment was indeed received. I call yet again, and I am told the reference was one didgit short and they have to query with the payments department and it will take up to 48 hours to resolve!!! HOGWASH! I always do a "printscreen" when groupon issues me a reference and i still have the printscreen, everything is correct, so where is my money??? or my voucher??? i have to now cannot get the booking i wanted because... well i dont know actually! the fact that 2 people told me the reference is wrong scares me, Nazley sent me an email after speaking to her collegue who was helping me on the phone. so i dont know the blind leading the blind maybe??? is this a tactic they use to delay or cover up a error made on their side? if i didnt have my printscreen i wouldve accepted it as my error!!!
