I purchased two Groupon vouchers for massages on 6th August 2013 and cancelled on the same day because the institution only had one therapist and couldn't see 2 people at the same time.
Then I received an e-mail from Groupon that my refund has been deposited on 6th of August, it has been 14 days and I have yet to see any money in my account, after numerous calls and e-mails to Groupon, I received an e-mail that the money was only deposited only on the 18th of August. I am still waiting for my money today (23/08/2013). Groupon's service delivery is ridiculously appalling and unsatisfactory.
