Not Refunding Credit & no reply to numerous emails

I wrote a complaint about Groupon SA on the 2442013 icw the issue of having to wait 9 weeks to get all my credit refunded...

They did respond yesterday... But as per my letter dated 1842013 the total credit outstanding was R711-00 but they have only credited me with R165-00 I sent them an email " Can we have this remaining credit as I would like to buy the swinging basket chairs today. Thanks"

Total credit not refunded... thus i didn't' purchase the 2 swinging baskets... Groupon deal loss R3300...
Also I asked in 3 emails what was the small basket swinging chairs sizes and no one got back to me

Got another 2 reply emails again "We'd love to hear what you think of our customer service. Please take a moment to answer one simple question by clicking either link below". I replied "Bad, I'm unsatisfied" with reasons... Let see if they can sort this mess out - Cheryl Nhlumayo was assigned to this request.
