I have been waiting for a refund from Groupon now for more than two months - the last time I phoned I was told that my refund would PROBABLY (VERY POOR SERVICE) take another week or so, but I could not be told with any certainty, nor was it in any way like the customer service person even pretending to be willing to assist me in ensuring the payment to my account gets effected.

It is now another month later - Groupon SA wants your money fast but does not make any attempt to refund once deal has been cancelled.

Shocking service!

I will never in my life support Groupon SA again. Ever.
