I purchased a voucher for a Brazillian Blowave from Groupon. The voucher was for a salon called Bella Bronze and Beauty. I have made over 20 phone calls to this salon over the past few days to simply book my blowave. Although the phone rings it takes me to voicemail. I have left numerous messages but nobody responds. I have also contacted Groupon to complain and ask for a credit but no response from them either. This blowave costs around R600 so we are not talking a small amount here. Groupon you have a responsibility both by law and ethically. If u sell something and somebody has paid in goodwill u have to render or produce the product or service. And finally I waited 25 minutes on the phone trying to get hold of your call centre, only to be disconnected. That is just plain bad.
