Dealclick
Almost a month and still NOTHING

I purchased a product on Dealclick on the 30th July and on confirmation it said up to 14 Days for delivery.
I queried this on their general e-mai as I cannot find a contact number anywhere! I received a reply from GUGU on the 14th August apologising for the delay and she advised that I will receive my ordered goods early the following week. It is now the 27th August - Almost a month. I e-mailed GUGU yesterday to check on feedback and delivery and have had no reply!!! I am disgusted with the level of service received. I have ordered online before with other companies and have never had these problems. Trust me, this was my first purchase with Dealclick and most DEFINITELY my LAST! My order number was 03186-71915-607
