Pathetic service!!!

I ordered 3 laptop bags 18 July 2012. Two of the bags were delivered in Aug 2012. I started making regular enquiries about the 3rd bag from 30 Aug 2012, but was not even offered the decency of a reply. On 23 Oct 2012 Cara promised that the giftshop will respond to my enquiry, nothing happened. I kept enquiring by email, no joy. On 5 Dec 2012 I received a phn call from Martinique promising she will arrange delivery of the bag and she followed it up an email stating "As per telephonic discussion I will be sending you a green ladies laptop bag this week and will send you a tracking number once the item has been posted." Well I am still waiting... A phone call to their office resulted in yet another broken promise to investigate and phone me back. What pathetic service!!! My request to refund my money, has also just been ignored. I do a lot of internet shopping but will NEVER buy from Dealclick again...
