I have tried on numerous occasions to get a refund from Groupon since 19.02.13 but to no avail. Each time I call into the call centre, my refund gets escalated to the refund department and nobody gets back to. Last week in April early I explained to the lady on the telephone and she says she will send my information to her superior and not even that was successful. I waste a lot of time and money making these calls and I am being ignored by this company. I have been a loyal customer for a few years but i will no longer be purchasing from them. PLEASE HELP ME SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM!!
