Once again, I've had Groupon's "form letter" apology on this site and a worried email response - and then, nothing. I'm still waiting for three deliveries a week after I was assured the matter would be rectified. According to the Courier IT Tracker, the two for which I have references have been loaded and unloaded several times because they can't find a simple address in a small town. I had a call a week ago from the local courier's control office in which we established that they been given the wrong address data by Groupon. We corrected that and I gave them an unmissable landmark over the road from the complex. They promised delivery the next morning (Wednesday 9th). Of course, they have never shown up. It's been an expensive lesson but I've pretty much given up on expecting any delivery at all.

Instead, I'd like to ask this: Is there anyone amongst the thousands that have been compromised by Groupon who would be interested in joining a class action suit? Maybe it's time for some real consumer activism.

BTW, Hellopeter.com, is it strictly accurate to list a company as one that responds when the "response" is a meaningless formula followed by no action at all? Just sayin'...
