On 6 Nov I purchased a robot mop for R1499 from Groupon, delivery within 21 days. A month later I contacted Groupon (waited on phone queue for about an hour), spoke to Bronwyn about no delivery who promised to get back to me once she gets hold of Deco Clocks but did not. A few days later I lodged an email complaint to Groupon. No response from Groupon for weeks, then I contacted Deco Clocks directly who also gave me the run around, but after threathening to go to the newspapers a Jessica Sing, claiming to be the manager requested copy of voucher & promised delivery on 13 Dec. No delivery & no response from Deco to any of my emails thereafter. Just after Christmas, I suddenly received a reply to my mail I sent to Groupon and was advised to contact Deco Clocks directly which I did numerously but received no replies. Suddenly on 17 Jan I received a mail from a courier company to expect delivery on 23 Jan. Then on 21 Jan, received another email from courier co. advising "failure to deliver-not ready". Deco Clocks are still not responding to my mails. I have had enough and just want my money back. Jivanee Naidoo
