PRE-ORDER AND BAD FEEDBACK

I receive a minimum 2 emails daily from Groupon. On 24 May they advertised the special - Samsung Galaxy Tab - 7" 8g R1499 and 10" 32g P5100 R2349.00.. I logged on Groupon to place the order, however once order was submitted, the status says that it is a pre-order as stock will be available in June. After 2 weeks in June, sent email to Groupon support. Very interested in the 10" 32g. Sent email to Groupon Support on 13/6/13 - ref: 786895 and feedback from Chantel Davids - they do not hold info on forthcoming deals". The 2nd feedback - "once pre order request sent; order will reflect in 6 hrs". I have never received the 6hrs reflect. I received bad service and wrong info and it is not my fault. I am a customer for many years. I urgently want Groupon to deliver the Samsung Galaxy 10" Tablet to me and willing and enthusiastic to pay via eft instantly to reflect on their account.. The price must never increase - it must be based as per the pre order request. I prefer feedback via email; no mobile calls during working hrs. Thanks
