No response from Wicount

I've tried more than once to contact Wicount on their listed contact address [Email Removed] but I haven't had any response. Not even an automatically generated email. All I want is to have my vouchers refunded as they have expired, I don't mind if they only get refunded in Wicount credit. A little customer support would be nice.
