This has been going on since October 2012. Every time I email Hello Peter, Groupon says they've responded, but all they do is respond by saying they'll get back to me. Isn't customer service about sorting out the problem and not making the client MORE and MORE frustrated. I DO NO WANT A REFUND! I want the products I purchased: my husband and I purchased skip and every week Groupon has told us they would be delivered. They are now just blatantly ignoring me, which is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Do the right thing, and if that means you purchasing 4 botlles of skip and delivering them to me, then do it. I have had enough of your incompetence.
I bought some products and I want them!!!
