REFUND REQUESTED DUE TO NON-DELIVERY

I order an HP camera on 30Jan2013 through Groupon, paid them R999 and they said delivery would take 4- weeks. After this period I contacted them a million times by phone/email etc and they kept telling me different stories until someone said they're out of stock and I requested a refund. Only 2 weeks ago I got someone asking me for my bank details which I sent and still nothing, then I phoned again and they said it will take 2 weeks. The 2 weeks are over now, I emailed yesterday and they said there is a backlog etc etc. Everytime its a different story and I want my money back NOW! When this is settled I'll bad-mouth Groupon everywhere I go and will never recommend it to anyone! I've had it with these people. I've still got all the emails and names I have communicated with and am planning to go to a Consumer Protection Act with this!
