MORE THAN A MONTH AGO STILL NO REFUND!!!

I am still waiting for my refund (s), I have sent you my banking details as per your request but still no money and no vouchers. I am tired of this back and forth its over a month now please refund my money, that's if you value me as a customer. The only email am expecting from you is that says that my refund has been processed and will receive my money in 3-5days.

I want my refund of:

R99 - Zando

R180 - Movie tickets

PLEASE!!! I am tired of this back and forth games you playing. I will make sure that friends and family know of the bad servcive you have been giving me.

Very disappointed, angry customer that feels like Groupon is taking its customers for rides.
