I applied for an FNB credit card a while back. On monday (11/02/2012) i received a final reminder to please submit a clearer ID copy. An email address was provided and a fax number. Each time i sent a scanned copy of my ID to the email address i received notification that the email was deleted without having been read.

The non submission of the ID will render my application incomplete and it will not be processed any further, i will then have to redo the entire process again.

I fail to understand why the emails are just being deleted, when i have received communication to submit. i Have tried to resend the document and again the email was deleted. Could someone please get back to me and let me know what is going on!
