NON CONTACTABLE AND SHODDY SET UP

I actually got an appointment after many many calls trying to get hold of Kim, for a Brazilian Blow Wave. All appointments go through her and it isn't actually a salon but a converted servants quarter, very small and shabby. She is on holiday in Cape Town leaving her assistant Rachel in charge. She was running 45mins behind leaving me waiting on a dirty white plastic chair in a messy garden. On the table was a full ashtray of cigarette! When I finally went in she asked me why my hair wasn't washed and didn't I get the message?! There are no facilities for washing hair and Rachel said she was having to deal with many angry customers about the set up but it wasn't her fault. I told her that I would rather pay double and get a professional job done.

I advise anyone with vouchers to cancel them and do not even waste your time going to such a place at the back of someone's townhouse. Never mind the hassle of trying to get hold of Kim. Never again!!
