Last year in around August 2012, I ordered a Groupon Goods special consisting of a 16GB Memory Stick and an 8GB Memory card. I was told that my order was successful and I should await delivery within 6 weeks. This did not happen but I waited patiently... for that which did not happen. I contacted them via email in November 2012. I had also ordered a few items including some solar garden lights. They responded that they would sort out my order and deliver them both soon. I received the garden lights albeit more than a month later and in January 2013! I sent another email in April 2013 to find out what was happening with my Memory stick order and was told they have no stock! They promised me a refund. I have now twice received confirmation of my refund to my credit card but there is no money reflecting for this so called refund! I have had it up to here! You can't complain about the service because Groupon doesn't provide any! They sent me a survey to complete in which I gave them the incredibly bad rating that they deserve. One would think that they would follow this up... No! So what's the point of the survey? They have no idea what Customer Service means it seems!
