Incompetency -More than 4days to do a price beat??

I contacted Game on 25 April and spoke to Patrick Sintu re - 6 kg Samsung washing machine (silver). Price @Game was R3999. I requested a price beat on the Makro advert -R2999 . He acknowledged that he would beat the price and e-mail me a quote confirming this. I found another advert for the same washing machine, priced at R2499. I e-mailed this advert to Patrick to beat this price. I called him on 26/4 at 9:00 am -confirmed that he would send me an e-mail with the revised quote. I made approx 5 calls on 26/4 - each time he indicated that he would be sending the e-mail.By the end of the day, there was still no response - spoke to Clive who handed me back to Patrick. Waited for quote-still none Called again on 27/4 - spoke to Patience - confirmed that she would send me the revised quote - she sent me a fax for a washing machine priced at R3999. I called on 29/4-spoke to Patience, Patrick, Clive and Mark Giddens who took all my details, requested that I e-mail the advert ; promised to respond - no response. Called again today-spoke to Sarah-promised to send me revised quote - nothing. Spoke to Clive - apologetic - was consulting with Store manager -indicated that no access to e-mail.
