Track your runner sms service

It was widely advertised that if you subscribe to the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon Track Your Runner Service, you will recieve tracking messages on your runner on the 30 March. In order to subscribe you sms your runner number to 38119 (R10 per sms). You get a confirmation sms to thank you for subscribing to the Track Your Runner Service and absolutely no tracking sms is sent throughout the race. The race has been on for 2 hours 30 min and no sms has been sent to me!
