What is happening with my Girlfriends item!

My girlfriend purchased

Motorola portable universal charger including

In January 2013 and she is still waiting. This is really poor service and i see that you guys have a long list of the same problems. Maybe you guys are taking on more then you can handle or just taking everyone for a ride and scooping their money! I want my girlfriend item to be delivered otherwise im going to the papers and showing them how many people are having the same problem etc.
