Horrendous Service

I purchased an item (12xZoom Telephoto Lens with tripod holder for iPhone 4, 4S and 5) on 6 December 2012. To this day I haven't received my delivery of this item. I have tried everything to get them to deliver this item without any joy at all. My attempts have included several phone calls and emails. All that I have had in response from them have been empty promises that have never been fulfilled. These include responses from supervisors of this organization whom I have found to be completely unhelpful. I thought I should expose this bad service to spare others from going through the same experience as I have. This is but the beginning. I am still going to expose them even more if they don't see to it that I receive what is due to me.
