Order and Pay for 5 in 1 steam mop on 1st Feb 13. after 2 weeks when i call when will the deliver be, please wait another 2 weeks till end of February. call on 28 Feb talk to 3 diffrent agents and was told every time a diffrent story. From no stock to wait for enough orders (after 4 weeks, and there promotion still runnning that same day and take peoples money although they have no stock.) and that is BAD to promote something and KNOW that you have no stock and no intend to deliver (BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE STOCK) Want to talk to a manager and was put through to Chi-Chi that after a long talk promise delivery the next day she found 2 mop in the ware house. Next morning - 1st March 13 receive e-mail from GANEEFA: "sorry no stock, will refund wait for banking details" so another from the so called manager Chi-Chi. so send my banking details. receive e-mail; 13/03 ULRICH will refund, 14/03- CHI-CHI will refund. called but nothing on there system SHAMEEZ will send e-mail to confirm..e-mail read;-THREAD- do not respond to this email -refund will not be REVIEDED. 8 weeks no mop no refund. No customer service, all got same e-mail no real respond.
