WARNING: MY BAD GROUPON EXPERIENCE

On 15 November 2011 I purchased a laptop (Acer) on Groupon. Groupon stated that you should give it up to 4 weeks for arrival and delivery. It takes less than 4 weeks but just to be safe they say 4 weeks. After waiting for 4weeks I email them about the laptop, since I urgently needed it for work.
After several emails and no response I gave them a call, on hold for 30min before an agent spoke to me!! The agent said that they never redeemed my voucher but it will get to me in 2 weeks time. Another 2 weeks? No way I need it for work so I asked for a refund. I never did receive the refund mail as the agent promised me or the laptop for that matter. ANOTHER 2 weeks passed n I phoned, on hold again for 30 min, just to find out that they actually dont have any stock! Atleast got a refund mail this time. Still waiting for my actual refund tho. The worse part is how they handled this situation. They wasted my time! My work suffered due to their incompetency and they have this we-dont-care attitude. Why did I (the customer) have to phone them to find out theres no stock? Highly disappointed is an understatement. Never have I experienced such unproffessionalism.
